January 2021 Wrap-Up

Another month has flown by, which means that it’s time to share another wrap-up. We’re changing our format for the monthly wrap-ups, so bear with us as we learn which style works best. The monthly wrap-up may look different each month, but we’ll have a consistent layout soon.

Stats
Number of books read: 7
Favorite book: It is hard to choose. So many were thought-provoking. I am going to pick two faves. The Eyes That Kissed the Corners was everything that I could hope for all Asian girls growing up. Eight year old me is screaming. 30 year old me loved Concrete Rose. It was one of my most anticipated reads of 2021. Amazing.

We’re a sister duo and a best friend from Virginia, USA who absolutely love books! We all met while Danielle and Skyler were in college. Danielle and Skyler are teachers and Rachael is aspiring to be a librarian. As well as having a bookstagram, we co-run a blog together where we review books, post unboxings of other subscription boxes, and offer reading resources for parents and educators.
