Readalongs/Book Clubs
Red Tigress Readalong: Amélie Wen Zhao (@ameliewenzhao) is hosting a readalong for Red Tigress (sequel to Blood Heir) on her Instagram. The readalong runs from April 11 to April 17. If you are participating, make sure to post about it in your Instagram feed and/or Instagram stories. You can be entered in a giveaway to receive an art print based on the series.
– In Amélie’s stories, there is a highlight titled “RT Readalong,” which includes annotations from Amélie about Red Tigress.
A Universe of Wishes: A We Need Diverse Books Reading Series: For the month of April, Caprichos Books and Dhonielle Clayton will be hosting a reading series on Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. EST. Special guests include Tochi Onyebuchi (April 14), Samira Ahmed (April 21), and Zoraida Cordava (April 28). The event is free, but you must register in advance to join. Book Festivals
YALLWest: YALLWest has revealed this year’s schedule! The festival will once again be online, with paneled events occurring on Friday, April 23 and Saturday, April 24. Check out the linked schedule for a full list of events and upcoming giveaways. Please note that the times are listed in PDT.

Lore Olympus by Rachel Smythe: Fox & Wit announced a mini special edition box for Rachel’s upcoming graphic novel, Lore Olympus.
